Just over a year ago I posted the news about the University of Southampton's new free
online course in maritime archaeology - well! It is finally here! The course started Monday 6th October 2014, but there is still time to sign up! It requires a commitment of about 4 hours every week, but other than that you don't have to have any previous knowledge of the subject, just an interest in it. This is a great way to get an insight into the world of maritime archaeology! Perhaps this course will spark an interest that you didn't know you had, and you will be receiving a lovely certificate at the end if you manage to complete all the steps over the next four weeks.
